( Hurghada )

Enjoy a one-day trip and discover Cairo by bus, Africa’s largest city and home of the only surviving wonder of the Ancient World; the three Great Pyramids of Giza and the enigmatic Sphinx. The tour will be guided by an Egyptologist. You will visit the pyramids and may get the chance to go inside one of them. You will then go to the world-famous Cairo Museum, housing over 200,000 priceless exhibits.

-With around 20 million inhabitants, Cairo is one of the largest metropolises in the world. Tradition and modernity meet here in an incomparable mixture. In the constant swarming of people, one meets the businessman in the suit and women in modern costumes as well as men in the typical galabias and devout Muslim women with veils.

Downright breathtaking and in the truest sense of the word, the daily traffic that never lets the city rest. The perfect chaos consisting of buses, luxury cars and millions of small cars whose most important part seems to be the horn. Occasionally, donkey carts and death-defying cyclists mix with this crowd and so it is difficult for the foreign visitor to evade this somewhat special fascination.

However, your visit to Cairo concentrates on the more than thousand-year history of the city and its buildings, which are among the most beautiful and important in the Islamic world.

You can visit e.g., the Egyptian Museum, housed in a beautiful historic building, with its famous tomb treasure of Tut Anch Amun and many other exhibits that are between 1000 and 5000 years old.

Marvel at the Pyramids of Giza with the watchful colossal figure, the Sphinx. The Pyramids of Giza is by far the most important sight in Egypt and one of the most visited in the country. A visit to a traditional Egyptian bazaar is a must in any Cairo program, colorful oriental shops with a wide variety of goods such as hand-blown perfume bottles with the perfume put together on request.

Passport, comfortable clothes, comfortable shoes, and camera are recommended.
