Departure from the hotel in the early morning heading to Luxor. Travelling by road, your adventure starts at Karnak Temple. Karnak Temple was sacred to the memory of the God Amon. It is the most grandiose and overwhelming of all Egyptian temples. The most amazing part of the temple is the hypostyle, an immense hall where 142 gigantic stone columns in 16 rows support a stone roof. The hypostyle covers the same area as Cologne Cathedral and was regarded as one of the wonders of the ancient world.

Proceed to see the Royal Tombs at the Valley of the Kings, also known as the Valley of the Gates of the Kings, where, for a period of nearly 500 years from the 16th to 11th century BC, rock-cut tombs were excavated for the pharaohs and powerful nobles of the New Kingdom.

The Colossi of Memnon, the two massive stone statues of the Pharaoh Amenhotep III, which stand at the front of the ruined Mortuary Temple of Amenhotep III, the largest temple in the Theban Necropolis.

and then to the nearby mortuary temple of Hatshepsut built during the reign of Pharaoh Hatshepsut of the Eighteenth Dynasty of Egypt. which is a masterpiece of ancient architecture.

Drive back to Hurghada. It’s a once-in-a-lifetime experience.
